The more seriously you take your growth, the more seriously people will take you.

Leadership is the art of getting someone else to do something you want done because he wants to do it.

Job security is gone. The driving force of a career must come from the individual. Jobs are owned by the company, but you own your career.

Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.

Hire for attitude, train for skills.
