If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.

Management is nothing more than motivating other people.

I am still learning.

The quality of a leader is reflected in the standards they set for themselves.

Outstanding leaders go out of their way to boost the self-esteem of their people. If people believe in themselves, it's amazing what they can accomplish.

Leadership is about making others better in your presence and making sure that impact lasts in your absence.

Leadership is about inspiring people to do things they never thought they could.

Be a yardstick of quality. Some people aren't used to an environment where excellence is expected.

Never, ever stop learning because there’s always at least one more thing to learn.

Learning is not compulsory. Neither is survival

If you are not willing to learn, no one can help you. If you are determined to learn, no one can stop you.
