But he kept it to himself because he knew it would have crushed his father, and never spoke of it publicly until after both of his parents passed away.

None of those professors taught him what managers in the real world deal with, like how to find people to hire, how to get people to come to work on time, how to do performance evaluations, and a million other things.

All they taught was useless textbook theories.
