Dear Glenn,
I have an employee who works part time and does a good job while she is at work, when she shows up.
She seems to think she can set her own schedule and things are not getting done in a timely manner.
I have certain days for her to come in and she will call and say she will be in the next day instead and such as that. I have about had it.
